Saltare celebrates both western and eastern dance and music. Therefore, there will be two tables resplendent with appropriate food celebrations!

This dayboard will be presented as parallel tables; one each western foods and eastern foods.

The inspiration is two-fold. His Royal Majesty is a Germanic persona and Her Royal Majesty is a Persian persona.
